For more than 15 years, she’s been making an impact at SRS Distribution, blending her operations expertise, logistics know-how, and passion for innovation to create real solutions that move the industry forward.
But Kris’s journey into roofing wasn’t a straight line. She began her career in corporate sales and marketing, working with Fortune 500 companies, before a career pivot landed her in construction sales for a roofing contractor. There, she skyrocketed commercial sales from 3% to 55% in under five years. That success opened a new door — roofing distribution — and eventually brought her to SRS. She worked her way through branch operations before joining the IT department in 2012, where she now leads Descartes Routing and Fleet Implementations.
